- If you have clients who are homeless and are older or have medical conditions / risk factors for COVID-19: Snohomish County recently received funding for emergency housing for people who are homeless and are vulnerable to COVID-19. The program is only accessible through Coordinated Entry, the County is pulling the names from HMIS who screen high for COVID-19 vulnerability and then contacting their Housing Navigators to provide emergency housing.
